Return & Refund policy on eZymeds mobile/web app


We encourage you to verify your purchase at the time of delivery, and in case there is a discrepancy, you should alert our Pharmacist/Delivery Pilot immediately.


Still, in the unlikely scenario, we offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at eZymeds - you can return all items within 2 days (48 Hrs) of receipt of goods. However please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes are not tampered.

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at customercare@in.ezymeds.com or make a call to our customer care center +91 8880 505 505 within 2 days (48hrs) of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and we will credit back to your Jio wallet or Bank account or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.


Please note: eZymeds ‘Returns Policy’ may vary depending on the specific nature of the products.

Product Type specific guidance for Return

Medicines / Food Suppliments / Nutrition / FMCG Products : Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.

Medical devices / Fitness Equipments: There is no return policy for any medical devices / fitness equipment unless it is damaged in transit.

Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Damages due to misuse of product
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial / batch/UPC numbers
  5. Products without original invoice
  6. Products which requrie refridgeration
  7. Without original packing/accessories including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  8. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  9. Falls under the following product categories: Oral care (toothbrushes, toothpastes), Women care (sanitary napkins, breast relievers) and other Personal hygiene products, Family planning, Sexual wellness
  10. Items which were sold as combos/sets
  11. Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item as they can’t be resold
  12. Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded item. We source branded items and these items are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same

Refund

Refund is Possible If the Item(s) You Received:

  • is different from the ones you ordered;
  • are lost or damaged during transit;
  • is past its expiry date;
  • is a defective item.


In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference. There are following modes of refund:

  • eZy Voucher- If you choose this option, the voucher worth of the refund amount would be provided to you for your future purchase from eZymeds. The validity period of this is generally 90 days from the date of issue. 
  • Jio Wallet - If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your Reliance Jio Wallet.This can be used for purchasing any other product
  • Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to your bank account

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, eZymeds will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference. The Refund process usually takes 10 to 14 days from the date of request from the customer.

Any points accrued during the purchase of the returned product(s) would also be reversed.

Post your return, All the bonus points alloted  if any will be adjusted.
